Leather Tote Bags

Leather tote bags are small bags, usually worn on the shoulder. They are made of flexible leather. Tote bags have two pockets with zips and are used by women as hand and multipurpose bags. They are usually large bags which are used to accommodate a large number of things. Tote bags are also known as hand bags, evening bags, beach bags and shopping bags.

Tote bags have different functions and are basically used for carrying things. Design of Leather Tote Bags

Leather tote bags are designed to give them a sleek look. They are available in a multitude of shades like black, brown, red, blue, green, pink, beige and just about every color of the color palette. Totes are usually flexible shaped though sometimes, they may have a rigid frame also.

Tote bags are made of soft leathers and hard leathers depending on the functionality of that bag. Generally, the leathers used are cow, goat and Napa varieties of leather. Different patterns are also stitched on the bags to make them attractive. Accessories like beads, crystals, lace, zari, brass or copper rivets are also added to enhance the beauty of the bag.

Tote bags/beach bags have a few features like:

• There are multiple zippered pockets inside the bag.
• The inner lining is nylon rubberized lining or washable suede or linen.
• The handles are stitched onto the bag or attached by means of clasps.
• Some bags have long shoulder straps.
• There are zips or flaps or magnetic snap closures.
• Some tote bags have detachable coin purses.
• With the rigid tote bags, there is a strong bottom seaming to allow the bags to stand. Sometimes, brass rivets are attached to the base that act as bag legs.
